Position: Professional House Cleaner

About the Role:

At Scrub ‘N Bubbles Cleaning, we believe cleaning is more than a task — it’s a way to bring peace, comfort, and care into people’s homes. We hire for heart and train for skill. We are looking for dependable, integrity-driven individuals who take pride in their work, value structure and teamwork, and see cleaning as meaningful, detail-oriented work.

Pay & Benefits:

- Paid training week at $18/hour (first 6 days)

- After training, average pay ranges from $24–$30/hour, based on performance

- Techs made $20.89–$38.82/hour last pay period

- You keep 100% of your tips

- Weekly pay

- Performance-based raises and growth opportunities

- Stable, long-term employment with a growing company

Schedule

- Must be available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

- Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends

- Full-time hours range between 25–40 hours per week

- Your home location is taken into consideration when building your route

- Supplies picked up once per week at our home office
